Process of Handling Reports

The Greet Co., Ltd. handles all reports with prudence and fairness, following the procedures outlined below.

STEP 01

Report Submission

Reports can be submitted through the online form or via email.

STEP 02

Initial Review and Fact-Checking

The internal review team examines the submitted information to determine its validity and whether further action is required.

STEP 03

Investigation

If necessary, an investigation will be conducted in cooperation with relevant departments or external experts. The identity of the whistleblower will be strictly protected throughout the process.

STEP 04

Action and Notification of Results

Based on the results of the investigation, internal actions will be taken as appropriate. If the reporter explicitly requests feedback on the outcome, the company will provide feedback within the scope that does not infringe upon its legitimate rights and interests.

STEP 05

Closure and Follow-Up

After the case is closed, measures will be reviewed to prevent recurrence and improve internal systems.

Whistleblower Protection Policy

The Greet prioritizes the protection of the whistleblower’s identity and rights. We operate the following protection measures:

Anonymous Reporting

Reports may be submitted anonymously or under a real name. Even when a name is provided, it will not be disclosed without consent.

Protection of Identity and Information

The whistleblower’s personal information and report details are kept strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Prohibition of Retaliation and Disadvantage

Whistleblowers will be fully protected from any form of retaliation, including dismissal, discrimination, or other disadvantages. Any violations will be dealt with strictly.

Prevention of Secondary Harm

If any unfair treatment or disadvantage arises in relation to a report, it may be reported separately and will be investigated accordingly.

The Greet collects and uses personal information as follows in order to process reports and provide feedback on results. Please review the details carefully before providing your consent.
